- Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986 (Cth) - Tier 3This Act regulates the export of cultural heritage objects from Australia. It protects objects which, if exported, would significantly diminish Australia’s cultural heritage.
- Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW) - Tier 2This Act enables the NSW government to set out explicit protection of the environment policies (PEPs) and adopt more innovative approaches to reducing pollution. PEPs are instruments for setting environmental standards, goals, protocols and guidelines. They provide both the framework for Government decisions that affect the environment and the means of adopting Australia-wide environment protection measures set by the National Environment Protection Council.
